Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of British media mogul Robert Maxwell, was a longtime associate of the financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. In 2021, she was found guilty of sex trafficking of a minor, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and three related conspiracy counts. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
