Larry Ray, who led a ‘sex cult’ at his daughter’s college, sentenced to prison

Larry Ray had already spent time in prison when he moved into his daughter’s campus housing at New York’s Sarah Lawrence College. There, he formed a sex cult built on psychological manipulation, physical abuse, sleep deprivation, financial extortion and forced prostitution. He was convicted on 15 criminal counts, including racketeering, sex trafficking and forced labor – then sentenced to 60 years in prison.
