Actress, TV personality, author and fashion designer, Alani "La La" Anthony can be seen the newest season of the A&E Drama Unforgettable as well as the Starz original drama series, Power.

The New York Times Best-Selling Author recently released her second book, The Power Playbook, after her first book, The Love Playbook, climbed to #1 on the Barnes & Noble Best Seller list within the first week and quickly reached #1 on the New York Times Best Seller’s List.

Anthony’s film credits include Think like a Man, Think Like a Man Too, Baggage Claim and she will appear in the upcoming films November Rule and Destined.

In addition to starring in five seasons of her hit VH1 reality show, La La’s Full Court Life, which followed La La as she pursued her acting career and many business ventures, all while being a loving wife, mother, and friend, she has had guest starring roles in the CBS crime drama, NYC 22, Law and Order: SVU and the popular VH1 scripted show, Single Ladies. La La also starred in and executive produced one of VH1’s highest rated shows, La La’s Full Court Wedding, which chronicled the time leading up to her wedding to basketball star Carmelo Anthony.

In 2003, La La launched her own production company Krossover Productions and was a producer on Mike Tyson’s critically acclaimed documentary, Tyson, which was named the winner of the Regard Knockout Award in France and debuted to a standing ovation in 2009’s Cannes Film Festival. La La and Krossover Productions also produced a feature film with director/producer Brett Ratner, and a starring role in The Gun, alongside Val Kilmer and 50 Cent.

La La currently resides in LA and New York with her husband and son.
