Chilly Willy

Will Tooros aka Chilly Willy

Armenian-born General Sales Manager Will Tooros moved to Los Angeles from Germany at age eight. After a stint in the Air Force, he was an aircraft mechanic and had his own auto recon shop in New Mexico. He is Chop's right hand man, in charge of the entire sales operation at Towbin Dodge.

On…..His relationship with Chop

"When my brother and I first moved to Vegas, we both went into the auto business. He went into sales and I went into the body shop end of it. My brother was working at Towbin Dodge and he said to me one day, 'Come and sell cars!' I said, 'No, I can't be a car salesman.'"

"So I met Chop, and tried to get a job as a service advisor, fixing cars. There weren't any openings, but Chop said to me 'if you're half as good as your brother, then you got a job here selling cars.'"

"Once I started doing it, it just came naturally. I love helping people. Chop taught us how to take good care of the customer. How to gain their respect in order to have them keep coming back to us. I love this job. It's great. I'll be in this job forever."

On….The hardest part of his job
"The hardest part of my job is firing people. That I really don't like to do it very much. But it is part of my job. To hold people accountable and to reprimand them when necessary. I come from a military background, so in that sense I'm very disciplined."

"I teach the sales staff how to fold their underwear in a six-inch square, like they teach you in boot camp. Once you got that figured out, you can go through life real easy. "

"My days are crazy. I get in around 8:00am and it's non-stop until 8:00 or 9:00 at night. I oversee all day to day operations of the sales department. All management, all staff. It isn't easy staying number one."

On…..His passion for motorcycles
"I love motorcycles. I build custom bikes as a hobby. I take Harleys and I chop them up, outfit them with big, fat tires. I built one for Chop recently. Maybe that's what I'll do when I retire. Build bikes. "
