Serial killer Aileen Wuornos arrested

Aileen Wuornos was a prime suspect in the deaths of seven middle-aged white men in Florida between 1989 and 1990 when she was arrested in a biker bar on an outstanding warrant for carrying a concealed weapon. Wuornos, who inspired Charlize Theron’s Oscar-winning 2003 film “Monster,” eventually confessed to the crimes and was executed by lethal injection in 2002.
