Annugetta Pettway was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to kidnapping Carlina White from a New York City hospital in 1987 when the girl was 3 weeks old. White saw a picture of herself as a baby on the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s (NCMEC) website, and DNA results confirmed she was the missing baby.
