Malcolm and Megan are ready to start a family and need to find a bigger house. Megan also spends four hours commuting to work every day so she’s desperate to find something closer to her office. However, their small house has been on the market for months without any offers. Real estate and design expert, Roger Hazard, has to come up with a plan to get this house sold. He’ll need our builder, Charlie Frattini, to do some serious demolition to open the small space up, and all his design know-how to turn this house from dated to sophisticated in just four days.
