However, he has a plan to drastically redesign and remodel their house to stand above their competition and raise their asking price. Builder, Charlie Frattini, is ready to carry out Roger’s design plan. They work together to update the small, dark living room, tiny kitchen, cluttered bedrooms and even a couple outdoor projects to up the home’s curb appeal. And, our builder, Charlie Frattini, has his hands full with a demolition project that takes the kitchen all the way down to the studs. With only four days to complete a makeover that would normally take close to a month, this project goes down to the wire.
