Alleged killers are eventually brought to trial, missing suspects are arrested and dead-end cases get new leads that help detectives make arrests. Episode 1a

Episode 01a - Body in the Park

Benjamin Cooper was eventually convicted of third-degree murder and received a maximum sentence of 31 to 62 years.

Episode 1b

Episode 01b - Ruby Street Shooting

Herbert "Little Herb" Bryant was subsequently arrested in California. He pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and has been sentenced to 12 to 18 years in prison.

Episode 2

Episode 02 - Gangs of Little Havana

Miguel "Renteria" Gonzalez was subsequently convicted of second-degree murder and has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.

Episode 3

Episode 03 - Left For Dead

Floyd Walker was arrested a year later and was charged in the death of Carlos Macias. He is awaiting trial.

Episode 5a

Episode 05a - Double Shooting on Haskell

"Big Pat" Angelo was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder and sentenced to two consecutive life sentences.

Episode 5b

Episode 05b - Back Alley Revenge

Josh Fields was subsequently convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to 19 years. Frederick Johnson aka "Noodles" was later arrested and convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Episode 6

Episode 06 - Killing Spree

Curtis Adkins pleaded guilty to the murder of Marlon Lambert and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Alfred Farnell pleaded guilty to the murder of Marlon Lambert and Johnny Rodriguez and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Since Farnell’s arrest, the deadly crime spree depicted in this episode ceased.

Episode 7a

Episode 07a - On Ice

Norris Jemmerson subsequently pled guilty to manslaughter in Michael Strode's murder case. He has been sentenced to 19 years in prison.

Episode 7b

Episode 07b - Body in the Canal

Louis Pita-Mota was charged with first-degree murder but was later released because of insufficient evidence. The investigation continues.

Episode 8

Episode 08 - Family Feud

Darryl Gene Orr II was subsequently convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second degree murder. He has been sentenced to life without parole.

Episode 9

Episode 09 - Party's Over

Several months later, Kenny Smith died of complications from surgery. The case is now officially a homicide, and the investigation continues.

Episode 10

Episode 10 - Wrong Side of the Tracks

Cedric Figgers was subsequently convicted of first-degree murder and has been sentenced to life without parole.

Episode 12

Episode 12 - At Close Range

Lonny Bassett was subsequently convicted of two counts of first-degree murder. He is serving two consecutive life sentences.

Episode 13

Episode 13 - Silent Witness

Reuben Toombs pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 20 years.
