Tanya Memme and Roger Hazard are getting a new partner: a general contractor capable of making big changes to help get a house sold... IF he and Roger can agree on anything! They'll be tearing out a wall between the kitchen and family room to create a more desirable "great room." Replacing kitchen countertops, cabinet doors, and flooring to give the space a more updated look. Increasing storage space (especially in older homes) in closets by designing and building built-in units. Updating a boring living room by installing built-in bookshelves. These are design flaws that can't just be hidden behind a drama drape! So while Roger paints and stages the rest of the house, our general contractor tackles the big problem! But he must work with Roger to make sure the remodel matches Roger's overall design for the house. Easier said than done!
