Since becoming a trainer three years ago, Katie’s obsession with health and fitness fuels her passion for experiencing life. Alternatively, Chef Mateo’s love for food has completely consumed every aspect of his life. He wants to lose weight in order to have the energy to keep up with his restaurant and his younger bride to be.
