Tamrah Barber is the President & Founder of Extreme Teen Leaders, Inc, and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has over 20 years of experience developing youth programs and over 1,500 hours of coaching experience. In addition, Tamrah has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and systems development and has consulted with some of the top IT companies in the world.

By leveraging her professional and life experience, Tamrah is committed to giving back to youth in the community by helping them to modify unhealthy behaviors and redesign their life. Through the XTL360 Teen Leadership Program, teens from all over the world embark on a six month journey to discover what is in the way of them reaching their full potential and creating a life of significance. Programs offered include leadership & personal effectiveness courses aligned with social and emotional learning core competencies and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Tamrah completed her bachelors’ degree at University of Maryland University College, and is a strong proponent on STEM education. Through the XTL360 principles of discipline, integrity, responsibility, enrollment, commitment, and teamwork teens are empowered to accomplish the extraordinary and are held to a higher standard she knows they are capable of attaining.
