Dave Alstrand’s a retired firefighter who loves to play pool. His wife Nancy loves her dog and birds. They designed this custom home in the hills to live out their retirement. But they’ve come to realize it’s just too big for two people. They’ve got to sell this place, and all the personalized features that meant so much to them when they built the place may be a liability in selling it! Roger quickly banishes Dave’s beloved billiards tables, much to Dave’s chagrin. He wants to create a comfortable T.V. room in its place. Then it’s on to the other rooms, where some fresh paint will go a long way to sprucing things up.
