Three bedrooms and two baths…the two things people look for most when buying a house, but it hasn’t seemed to help this house sell. Rita and her son Chris have lived in her for 12 years and it’s time to move on, but with so many hoses in this neighborhood looking the same it hard to get the attention of buyers. With Design consultant Roger Hazard and host Tanya Memme’s help, some clever staging and a little painting, hopefully this place will stand out from the rest of the homes on the block. But will Rita let Roger tear down her “wallpaper” wall? Then let him paint over the unusual wall design in the dining room? We’ll see if Roger can convince Rita that his design will sell.
