About the Show

Hosted by Lara Spencer, “Everything But the House” follows families who need to declutter their homes and call on a group of appraisers to help them cash in on hidden treasures hiding in plain sight. After searching and clearing out a home from attic to basement, the appraisers discover which items have the most potential value and load them up to auction off. Families discover just how much their belongings sold for and start a new chapter of their lives with a clean slate—and some cash.
