The horrifying story of a mass killing spree in a quiet Ohio neighborhood is told through 911 calls from frightened neighbors and the gunman's girlfriend. In an upscale suburb of Connecticut, a bitter divorce battle drives Richard Shenkman to kidnap his ex-wife and make numerous taunting and threatening calls to 911 as he holds her hostage in their former home.
