Rebecca and Ken have lived in the desirable Clarksville neighborhood in Austin for ten years and put a lot of TLC into their small home built in 1938. They need to move to make room for Rebecca's elderly mother, but they haven't had any luck with the stiff competition in neighborhood. Sell This House: Extreme designer and staging expert Roger Hazard delivers the bad news that Rebecca and Ken's asking price is much too high. However, he has a plan to drastically redesign and remodel their house to stand above their competition and raise their asking price. Builder, Charlie Frattini, is ready to carry out Roger's design plan. They work together to update the small, dark living room, tiny kitchen, cluttered bedrooms and even a couple outdoor projects to up the home's curb appeal.
