Joe comes from a strong law enforcement background. His father was a Tennessee Constable, Joe graduated near the top of his class at the Police Academy, and he was working violent crimes in a local sheriff’s department before being recruited into the Squad. When people ask Joe’s son what his father does, the England boy answers, “He goes after the bad guys.”

Joe speaks with a booming voice and projects authority at all times.
