Tony goes to Italy to discuss business with his pals in the Neapolitan mob, and is surprised to discover that the boss there is a beautiful woman. But Tony recovers from his shock in time to work out an arrangement--he'll give the Italians a good deal on the stolen cars he sends them if they'll let one of their top enforcers, Furio Giunta, go to work for Tony.
