As if Tony didn't have enough problems, Richie Aprile, brother of recently deceased mob boss Jackie Aprile, has gotten out of jail and is looking to become a major player in the family's business again. He may even join forces with Uncle Junior, and that could spell the end of Tony for good. Meanwhile, Meadow gives Tony headaches on the home front when she throws a party at Livia's house that gets out of hand.
