Lying in his hospital bed, Tony has a bizarre dream that he's a heating systems salesman from Arizona named Kevin Finnerty. Meanwhile, the members of the Soprano crew try to figure out how to carry on while Tony is in the hospital--or if he dies. Carmela tries to help Tony by talking to him and playing CDs for him. A.J. also takes his turn staying with Tony at the hospital, but he does more than play some music--he makes a terrifying promise to get revenge for Tony's shooting.
