Tony's attraction to Ralph's goomara ends up with Tony discovering that when it comes to sex, Ralph is a kinky capo. Meanwhile, back in Naples, Furio confesses to his uncle that he's in love with Tony's wife. The old man replies that the only way he can have Carmela is if he kills Tony. Paulie has some love problems of his own, but his involves his mother, Nucci, who's moved into Green Grove. When Nucci complains that the other women in the home don't want to be her friends, Paulie's determined to help her out--even if it means breaking some arms.
