The manager of the upscale Pegasus Condominiums called in the murder of a female resident. Uniformed officers have secured the scene.

Male victim found beaten and stabbed on the first floor of an abandoned warehouse in the 200 block of Crestgate Row. The 911 dispatch says the call came from a payphone, but the caller did not identify himself.
