Detective Laura Skrip

As a girl, Laura Skrip loved mystery stories. Now, Skrip is a veteran Missing Persons detective who solves real mysteries and saves lives doing it. “It’s a great, challenging job,” says Skrip. “Sometimes you don’t have much to go on, but you have to find the person before something bad happens to them.” Skrip’s husband is a detective on the robbery detail. She works night watch so she can get their two children off to school every morning. Once they’re gone, she indulges her passion for running.
