I have a text message that my ringtone has arrived.What do I do now?
If you open up the text message and your handset is compatible you will see a link that will allow you to download the
ringtone. From here, you will need to select the web address in the Options menu within the message and choose
“connect” (this process is a bit different depending on your handset). You will then be able to download the
ringtone on your handset.
What if I have a prepaid plan? Can I still get the ringtone?
Generally your payment plan doesn't matter, as long as you have a compatible handset and carrier. Some carriers don't
allow downloads such as ringtones & games to prepaid phones. Check with your carrier.
