In the Audubon Park neighborhood of Orlando, Florida, people take great care of their yards. But not residents Joe and Heidi--who since having a baby last year, have been just too busy to take the time to tend to their large front yard. It's truly gotten out of hand. It looks more like a sandpit than someone's front yard, complete with dead plants and trees, a walkway that leads nowhere and a general lack of curb appeal. And it's really bringing down their property value. Their neighbor, Klauss, is chair of the Audubon Park Garden District. He can't stand to look at their yard another day, so he calls Fix This Yard for help. Amy and Alan come in to completely revamp the yard and raise the property value from below the neighborhood average to above--all in one weekend!
