A late-night house party turns deadly when gunshots ring out and a nineteen year old man is found dead on the street. An off-duty fireman, who was driving home, witnessed the shooting. Soon Investigators Glenn Weather and Gary Galetta learn the name of a possible suspect from an informant, but the fireman and the people at the party don't identify him as the shooter.
