Sherrod has appeared on numerous popular series over the years. Previously, Sherrod was a panelist on VH1’s “Best Week Ever,” served as host of Fuse’s “United States of Hip Hop” and co-host of Car And Driver’s “The Full Hoon.” He also starred as ‘Malcolm’ on Tyler Perry’s “Are We There Yet?” Sherrod appeared on G4’s “The International Sexy Ladies Show” and previously starred in AMC’s “FilmFakers.” He has regularly appeared as a guest on NBC’s “TODAY” and has performed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” and NBC’s “Showtime at the Apollo,” even writing for and performing on Comedy Central’s “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn”. Sherrod also appeared in Jerry Seinfeld’s film “Comedian” and has been featured on various television programs such as “20/20” and “Comedians Under Cover,” as well as on numerous radio shows including “Radio Chick,” “The Scott & Sid Morning Show,” “Raw Dog” and “Maxim Radio.”

He also often hosts or performs at various charitable functions, fashion shows and corporate events. Internationally, he has participated in the Comedy CafĂ© European Lucky Strike Tour and The Comedy Factory Tour in Amsterdam, culminating with a featured stand-up spot on “The Comedy Factory” television show. He most recently performed at a fundraiser with Veronica Webb and Depak Chopra and for Safe Horizons to combat domestic violence.

Born and raised by his mother and two sisters in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York, Sherrod consistently receives rave reviews for keeping audiences entertained with his remarkable comedic talent and improvisation through his witty commentary on politics, culture and city life. His comedy has been quoted in The New York Times and on Fox News.
