A Phoenix townhouse with unique features has been on the market for more than six months. The two-bedroom home with a spiral staircase, exposed beams and two fireplaces doesn't seem to be attracting any buyers. Michael and Cozette are trying to move up to Portland and start a family, but before they can do that, they have to sell. On the surface, this place looks great. It's clean and not too cluttered.
