Joe and Lisa are relocating to Missouri for Lisa's big promotion. After their home has been on the market for two months, the few offers for it have been less than attractive. It's a 1,500 square foot split-level house in a quiet New York City suburb with three bedrooms and two bathrooms--it even has a pond in back! It seems perfect for a young, growing family.
