Paul Rippy is a huge fan of our show, but you wouldn't know that by looking at his condo. His version of staging is to clear out every piece of furniture and live in one tiny room until he sells his place! The challenge here--bring furniture back in so people can visualize how they could use the space. There's also at least a dozen other condo's for sale in his community, so design consultant Roger Hazard has got his work cut out for him. He's got to find a way to make this place stand out in the crowd. Roger is using mirrors as inspiration for art, warming the place up, and painting everything we can get our hands on BLACK...including walls!
