A spacious 3 bedroom condo with a huge patio, high ceilings and breathtaking views of Long Beach. Compared to other units in the complex this one is by far the best. But for some reason Michael and Rick haven't received a single offer. Designer Roger Hazard knows the reason it hasn't sold yet...and that would be the southwest décor through out the house. Michael and Rick paid to have their condo designed this way. They know it's bad and actually tried to fix some of the problem areas, but there's still a lot of work to do.
