A modern four bedroom house with amazing views and a downstairs apartment, and to make this an even better deal it's located in Hawaii! But for some reason no one is interested. What's the problem? Well first off, most of the rooms are cramped with oversized furniture. The living room has a huge sectional, a computer desk and oodles of electronics. The dining room has an enormous table, a dog kennel, and boxes of stuff stacked here and there and the kitchen is the place where Isaiah stores all 3 of his fish tanks. The plan is to make all the rooms feel larger. Eliminating furniture, electronics and the fish tanks were all no problem for Vanessa and Isaiah, but when design consultant Roger Hazard revealed the new paint color...well, Vanessa had concerns. Can Roger and host Tanya Memme sell Vanessa on the new color? Will the changes be enough to spark the interest of potential home buyers?
