Jackie Mullen wants to downsize and after a year-and-a-half with a "for sale" sign in the front yard, she realizes that she needs help. The custom three-bedroom home that her parents built in the 1950's is just too big for this empty nester. With great features like a big kitchen, large yard and a mother-in-law apartment upstairs the house is bound to attract buyers--but for some reason the place hasn't been snatched up. Turns out open house guests think the place feels "old." Design guru Roger Hazard takes on the task of updating this mid-century home. The 1970's TV is tossed, so is the black lacquer furniture and the fake flowers. What's left is a house beautifully staged and ready for the perfect buyer. Tanya Memme hosts.

A huge five bedroom house, in a new development, with an amazing backyard is just sitting on the market in San Francisco. So why haven't there been any nibbles on this amazing home? Rose has been living here for ages, and most of her kids have moseyed on out to the big city. She's planning on joining them...but first she has to sell her house...and it hasn't been an easy task. That means the seventies shag carpet is the first thing to go. The bedroom needs some serious neutralizing as well so Roger introduces the walls to a new color. With a lifetime of memories it's hard for Rose to let go but ultimately these changes are what it's going to take to get this place sold. Tanya Memme hosts.

Dmitry lives on a quaint street lined with beautiful brick condos....which creates one huge problem for sellers. Every single place looks exactly the same from the outside, so the inside really needs to stand out. Then, every single woman who steps into the place is turned off by the cold and uninviting space. And if that wasn't enough, Dmitry has a giant mirror attached to the living room wall, we're talking floor to ceiling reflection. As always, Designer Roger Hazard has a plan to whip this condo into perfect selling condition. He'll warm up this condo and the hearts of every woman who walks through. Plus, you'll never believe a mirrored wall could look so good. Tanya Memme hosts.
