This little house across the bay from San Francisco has been in the Urdahl family more than 50 years. There are memories everywhere, but it's finally time for Claire to move out. However, the house hasn't received a single offer. So, what's the problem? Walking into this house is like stepping out of a time machine and into the 70's. The carpet reeks, dark wood paneling lines the walls, and the bar has definitely seen better days. There are also personal family murals and growth charts all over the walls. Potential buys just can't seem to get past the extremely outdated décor. As always, the man with a plan, Roger Hazard knows exactly how to bring this retro home into the 21st century. Painting over the wood paneling isn't a problem, but will the sisters be able to paint over their mother's 30 year old murals and their children's growth charts? Tanya Memme hosts.
