When the team pulled Mark "out of the woods" and got him on the road to recovery three months ago, we left behind his tent-mate, Norman, and the question of what happened to him. This all changes when an e-mail from Norman's son arrives at R1 headquarters after he watches Mark's story on television. He hasn't seen his father in 13 years! The amazing synchronicity of this event is too much to be ignored. With the help a newly sober Mark, we search the streets for Norman. When the team finds their old tent covered in snow, they wonder if they are too late to save the man who promised Mark he would help keep him clean.
