  • Will take the time to explain infractions to violators
  • Doesn’t believe people who say they don’t understand English as an excuse for illegally parking because they sure know how to cuss at him in English!

  • Her father was in the Air Force and her family lived in many parts of the US, Europe, and Turkey.
  • She likes to be clean, tidy, and on time because her father was strict and liked everything to be “tip-top.”
  • If possible, she prefers to give people warnings rather than ticket them immediately.
  • She used to be a crossing guard and also worked in a drug store.
