• Started working in parking enforcement in 2007
• Born and raised in Providence, grew up in the area he now patrols
• People on the street nicknamed him "The Ticket Man."
• Has been depicted in uniform in a Providence mural
• Has a business screen-printing T-shirts, hats and sweatshirts
• Will take the time to explain infractions to violators
• Does’t believe people who say they don’t understand English as an excuse for illegally parking because they sure know how to cuss at him in English!

• Some people think she looks like Sophia Loren
• Likes the workout walking up the hills on her post

Debbie

• Born and raised in Providence
• Used to work as a crossing guard but likes parking enforcement better
• Her identical twin sister also works for the city
• Likes to spend free time on her boat

• Has 7 kids – 6 of them adopted – and has fostered dozens more

• Her father was in the Air Force and her family lived in many parts of the US, Europe, and Turkey.
• She likes to be clean, tidy, and on time because her father was strict and liked everything to be "tip-top."
• If possible, she prefers to give people warnings rather than ticket them immediately.
• She used to be a crossing guard and also worked in a drug store.
