A&E is wrapping up the best year in the network's history among all key demographics, ranking number 5 in adults 25-54 and 6 in adults 18-49. This achievement will mark the fifth straight year of growth for the twenty-four year-old network.

The 2008 Emmy™-nominee for Outstanding Reality Program, A&E's series INTERVENTION, which profiles people who are struggling with addictions and the friends and family members who are seeking to help them, returns for a sixth season with all new episodes beginning on Monday, December 15 at 9pm ET/PT.

The growing epidemic of prescription drug abuse will be examined when Intervention In-Depth: Prescription Addiction premieres on A&E on October 20, 9/8C.

In INTERVENTION: AFTER TREATMENT premiering Monday, September 8 at 9:00pm ET/PT on A&E, former addicts from the past four seasons of the 2008 Emmy-nominee for outstanding reality series, come together in an intimate Los Angeles studio for a candid discussion. How did the intervention change their lives? What are the relationships with their families like now? And how are they doing since the intervention, are among the questions they address. The addicts, most of whom are now in recovery, will come face-to-face with their interventionists, Jeff Van Vonderen, Candy Finnigan and Ken Seeley, and their families, some for the first time since going to treatment.
