Pinky's a successful artist with a beautiful West Seattle home and studio. The place is huge, but still chock full of a combination of Asian and contemporary art. Pinky's got knee problems, and maintaining such a large home is becoming a burden. Here's the challenge - how to do justice to her beautiful collections, in a home that's much smaller and has little architectural character. Roger Hazard and Pinky engage in a heated debate over what to bring to the new house, but in the end, Roger has final say. He has an ingenious plan cover one whole wall in the living room with paintings and photographs, salon style, so Pinky will have reminders of her beloved art all around her. To make up for the lack of architectural detail, small, focused track lights will enhance the beauty of the salon collection. Roger creates a simply airy bedroom on the south side of the house, and turns the north bedroom into a fabulous reading room. Tanya Memme hosts.
