By submitting a Video as an entry in the Contest, you agree that A&E Television Networks ("AETN") may show your Video on-air on one or more channels operated by AETN and/or on-line at aetv.com (or other AETN website[s]) and that such showing of the Video, in and of itself, does not in any way indicate or imply that you have won a prize in the Contest. In order to submit your Video as an entry in the Contest, you must first read and indicate your acceptance of the following:

I hereby represent and warrant that I have the full right and authority to submit the attached Video to A&E Television Networks ("You,"/"Your"), that the Video is in full compliance with the Official Rules which I have read, understand and have fully complied with, and I hereby irrevocably grant to You, Your successors, licensees and assigns the unrestricted right in perpetuity to use the Video, including my name, likeness and voice as included therein, and the name(s), likeness(es) and voice(s) of all persons depicted in the Video, in connection with the Contest and the program "King of Cars", and any advertising, publicity, and promotion relating thereto, in any manner at any time or place, in any present or future media, throughout the world in perpetuity.

In granting such right, I understand that You are not obligated to attribute the Video to me and You may edit, alter, modify or manipulate the Video in any respect, or augment the Video with any commentary (which may be unfavorable to me), as You alone see fit in Your sole discretion, without notice to me; and, as such, the Video, if it is shown by You, may differ from the Video as submitted by me as an entry in the Contest. I further understand and agree that You are not obligated to use the Video and that the Video will become Your sole property. I represent and warrant that I alone am the entrant and I have the full right and authority to grant You the rights granted herein on behalf of myself, the author of the Video (if not myself) and/or any person(s) depicted in the Video.

I further represent and warrant that all necessary permissions, licenses and rights have been obtained for the use of all names, likenesses, trademarks and any other property of any third party in the Video. The rights granted herein specifically include but are not limited to the right to use the Video (or any portion of it) on television and the Internet. I am over twenty one (21) years of age (as of date of Contest entry) and I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant all of the rights that are being granted herein. I hereby release You and Your successors, licensees and assigns from any and all claims that I may at any time have in connection with Your use of the Video, and agree to indemnify and hold You harmless against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses including, without limitation, reasonable counsel fees and disbursements, arising out of the use of the Video. I fully understand all of the foregoing, including its legal effect, under the laws of the State of New York.
