On…..Being a salesman
"I started selling light bulbs for my dad when I was 12 years old. When I got older I worked at Sears, selling audio equipment and car stereos. When I turned 18 I got into the car business. I pretty much always knew I would have a career in sales."
On…..Being a team leader
"The sales operation is split into five teams, 10 people per team, A thru E. I run the D team.."
"The goal is to sell as many cars as you can from the time you show up to the time you leave for the day."
"Sometimes we have competitions where Chop will put up some crazy incentive money as a bonus. But if you don't hold up your end of the bargain, you could end up in some ice water in the middle of winter, you know."
On….. The Chopper Show
"I do special guest appearances as Betty the Builder. He's a tool man…he does home improvement projects."
