There is no cost to join. Membership is free!

I have a programming suggestion, where can I send it?

A&E Television Networks has a long-standing policy against accepting unsolicited manuscripts, treatments, pitches, proposals, or similar materials. Please do not send us any materials.

Is the product I'm looking for available for purchase?

A&E programs can be purchased as a DVD set or individually per episode; you can search the A&E Online store, by using the search tool. Just enter the title, subject, item number or keyword into the search box provided at the upper left of every page and press "Go". You can also call 1-800-344-6336 and a customer representative can assist you. If the title you are requesting is not listed, then it is most likely not available through the A&E Online Store at this time. You can request a program be made available for sale by sending an email to our online customer service center.

How do I cancel my A&E Insider membership?

You can cancel your membership in A&E Insider at anytime by visiting the “Cancel My Membership” page. This page can also be found under My Profile > Cancel My Membership. Alternatively, you can send an email to AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com with the subject line “Cancel My Membership”. Please provide your First and Last Names, as well as the E-mail Address you used to register for the Insider, so that we can locate your account. (Please allow two weeks for us to process e-mail requests. If you wish you cancel your membership sooner, please visit the “Cancel My Membership” page.)

Please keep in mind that canceling your A&E Insider membership means that your online account will be de-activated, and you will no longer be able to log into the A&E Insider website to access any exclusive features and video clips and will be unsubscribed from all A&E Insider newsletters.

Can I re-join after I have canceled my membership?

Of course! You can re-activate your A&E Insider membership and account at anytime by sending us an email at AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com with the subject line “Re-activate My Account”, and we will get you back on board. Please provide your First and Last Names, as well as the E-mail Address you used to register for the Insider, so that we can locate your account (even if that E-mail address has expired). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your account has been successfully re-activated. (Please allow two weeks for us to process e-mail requests.)

Please note that your re-activated account will retain the same Member Name you chose when you originally created the account. You will also need to log in with the same E-mail Address and Password you were using at the time you canceled your membership.

How can I send A&E talent a message?

A&E has a strict confidentiality policy to protect the privacy of our talent and therefore cannot publicize any of their personal information.

A show I liked was taken off the A&E lineup and I want to know when/if it’s coming back on air.

There are many different reasons why a show is no longer on the regular A&E rotation. Please check the A&E TV schedule to see when the show you’re looking for is airing or contact the A&E Insider at AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com for more information.

I have a story I’d like to submit to one of your true crime shows.

Registration FAQs

I didn’t receive the activation e-mail.

If you haven't received the activation e-mail in your Inbox within a reasonable period of time, please first look into the following possibilities:

1. Was the activation e-mail sent to your "Bulk Mail", "Junk Mail", or "Spam" folder instead of your Inbox? The activation e-mail should have the subject line: A&E Insider Activation E-mail.
2. Is AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com on your list of "Blocked Addresses"?
3. Do you have any "spamblocker" or other e-mail filtering software enabled which is blocking e-mails from AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com?

If the above possibilities don't apply to you, you can try re-sending the activation e-mail to yourself. If after re-sending you still do not receive the activation e-mail, it is possible that you may have mistyped your e-mail address on the Registration form, or there is some other issue specific to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) (e.g., Is your ISP's e-mail system blocking e-mails sent from AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com?) If you think this is the case, you may try re-registering, or sending us an e-mail at AEInsiderfeedback@aetv.com explaining the issue.

Why does it say that my e-mail address is already registered?

Our system allows only one account per e-mail address. It’s possible that you’ve already created an A&E Insider account under this e-mail address. If this is so, please try logging in with that e-mail address. If you have forgotten your password, you can send it to yourself by using the password reminder. In the password reminder, enter the e-mail address you registered with to have your password resent to you. Make sure to check for the password resend email in your junk or spam mail.

If you did not register for an account previously, please first make sure that you have typed in your e-mail address correctly.

Site won’t accept my member name.

Double-check that you are including your complete email address with domain (@ and .com). Also, make sure to check the availability of the name you are registering with. Two members cannot have the same member name.

Site won’t accept my password.

Go to your password reminder and enter the e-mail address you registered with to have your password resent to you. Make sure to check for the password resend email in your junk or spam mail.

I’ve changed my e-mail address and want to update it on the A&E Insider.

Go to the View/Edit My Profile section of My Profile to update your e-mail address.

I forgot my password.

Go to your password reminder and enter the e-mail address you registered with to have your password resent to you. Make sure to check for the password resend email in your junk or spam mail.

I’d like to unsubscribe from your e-mail list.

Click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail or un-check all Newsletter check boxes in the My Newsletters section of My Profile.

Can I create more than one A&E Insider account?

No. We limit one account per person, per e-mail address. For more Insider rules, please refer to our Membership Conditions.

What is A&E Insider's privacy policy?

A&E Insider takes your privacy very seriously. You can find the full text of our Privacy Policy here ».

How will the discussion boards work now?

Our community boards are now officially part of the A&E Insider! In the past you had to log in separately to post on the boards or visit the A&E Insider site. Now, we’ve streamlined the process so you only have to log in once to gain access to both parts of our site. For existing community board users, you do need to re-register as an A&E Insider, but will be able to keep you community nickname. Upon completion of the registration form, you will be able have access to all the same functions, plus enjoy the other benefits of A&E Insider membership. For existing A&E Insiders, you will now be able to post on the boards just by logging into the A&E Insider. Some existing members may have received an email notifying them to update their nickname due to the combination of the two memberships. If you don’t remember you nickname or member name, check under my profile.
