Dr. Suzanne Chabaud

Dr. Suzanne Chabaud is a Professional Hoarding Advisor in New Orleans, Louisiana. After she obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University in 1987, she returned to her hometown of New Orleans, LA, where she has practiced as a psychotherapist for over 20 years.

For over 15 years, she has specialized in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Social Phobia/Social Anxiety Disorder. Currently, about 70% of her practice is populated by clients who have OCD. She has been a member of the OCD Foundation, (formally the OCFoundation) for 10 years.

In March 2009, she attended the OCF Behavior Therapy Institute in St. Petersburg Florida for her expert training in the treatment of OCD. She is in the process of developing an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Center in New Orleans for the treatment of OCD.
