“This journey has taught me that nothing in life comes easy, but you can't beat the results. One day at a time.”

Kevin has been known as "Big Kev" for as long as he can remember. Even as a kid, his mother had a hard time finding clothes that would fit him. It wasn't until he was married, though, that his weight started to spiral out of control and he put on an additional 300 pounds. His wife has tried to motivate him to diet and exercise, but nothing has seemed to work. With two kids and a nephew to take care of, Kevin's greatest fear is that he's passing his bad habits onto them. He feels that he is depriving them of a father because he can't keep up and participate in activities with them. Kevin knows that if he doesn't do something to change soon, he may not be around for them much longer.
