Randy Burch is Armando's go-to general contractor. He got his start in the family roofing business; then he met Armando and decided to expand, taking on some of Armando's toughest renovation jobs. Sinking foundations, faulty electrical systems, and mosquito infested swimming pools are all in a days work. Add to that Armando's stingy budgets and Randy's got his hands full trying to work a miracle with every flip. No matter what Armando throws his way, Randy keeps his cool and keeps his eyes on the prize - pay day. As with every investor-contractor relationship, there is some serious financial tension, but Randy manages to stay in the game.
