Rudy learns that his elderly aunt's home was badly damaged in Hurricane Ike. Rudy heads to Galveston, Texas to see what he can do--he discovers a neighborhood nearly wiped out and his aunt traumatized by the storm and determined to leave the house she's lived in for decades. Rudy is determined to help her recoup whatever she can from her loss and agrees to repair and flip the house for her. Now he needs to figure out how the flipping game works in Texas and how to sell a house located in the middle of a disaster zone.
