CT Homes has neighbor problems when they set out to flip one of their rental properties. The place needs work, but the neighbors who own the adjoining property like things just the way they are ... ugly. While JD attempts to woo the neighbors, Paul agrees to help his hairdresser who is struggling to jump start her own business. Not only does Karen need a new salon, she needs to re-think her business plan. Paul and Than start out managing the renovation of her salon, but discover big financial problems and end up helping Karen flip her business.
