Than takes a chance on a fire damaged three-unit townhouse in Newfield, CT. After buying it off of a fellow flipper, CT Homes is left with a major rehab and Paul and Than are butting heads. Than sees nothing but possibilities and wants to flip for a big profit while Paul just wants to pull it down.
