Angie and Harris partner with a silent investor on what looks to be a great find in Atlanta's desirable Kirkwood neighborhood. The team has big plans for this flip which includes adding a second floor master suite and a new front porch. Harris wants to get the job done but a few problems stand in the way, including a tree that's blocking second floor expansion plans and a construction crew who walks out before the job is done.
